Sony gathers World Cup social media content on one platform

A "social broadcast channel for football" is the idea behind an online platform from Sony that gathers all World Cup-related content from Twitter, Facebook and Google+ in one place. The One Stadium Live project began this month. "You'll be able to tune in and see what people are saying, but in an engaging and entertaining way. It won't feel like just a load of Twitter hashtags -- it will be a snapshot of what the world is feeling," said Nick Bailey, CEO of Isobar U.K., which created the platform.
