A new partnership between the United Arab Emirates' General Civil Aviation Authority and Airbus Middle East will work to introduce the country's youths to aviation on a grass-roots level. The program will promote science and technology, as part of an effort by the UAE to become a regional aviation hub. "Youth are the future, and it is their talent and ambitions that will lead the growth and realize the national vision. Our partnership with Airbus Middle East allows us to support our local talent, inspiring and empowering them in science and technology," said Omar Bin Ghaleb, deputy director general of GCAA.
