Atlanta airport eyes high-speed security lanes

The world's busiest airport may soon offer high-speed security lanes for paying travelers, pending approval by the Atlanta City Council and the airport's major carriers. Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport hopes to pilot a fee-based program that would allow customers to breeze through security after they provide detailed background and biometric information.
