Industry debates impact of airline mergers on jet makers

Some industry experts believe the biggest winner of a United merger with US Airways might be Airbus, which would enjoy new status as the primary supplier for one of the two biggest American carriers. As far as the proposed Delta-Northwest merger is concerned, industry analysts are divided on whether Airbus or Boeing would benefit the most.
