Lawmaker calls for more accessible Internet video

Television networks that place their videos online would be required to include closed-captioning and video-description tracks for those with hearing and visual impairments under a new U.S. House bill. Rep. Ed Markey, a Democratic from Massachusetts, said he wants "to ensure that people with disabilities are not left behind as technology changes."
