PolyMedix develops medications for drug-resistant bacteria

Biotech firm PolyMedix is working with university researchers to develop drugs and polymers aimed at combating drug-resistant bacteria. The Radnor, Pa.-based company is developing medicines that can destroy microbes without entering cells and an antibacterial polymer that may pave the way for self-sterilizing products.
