Florida's golf course landscaping suffers from drought

The ongoing drought in Tampa, Fla., has transformed the area's lush golf courses into desert landscapes. Golf course managers have cut back watering as much as 40% during the three years of drought, leaving dry ponds and brown fairways. Some golf courses are offering discounts of nearly 70% to appease players.
