Foes vow to block flights from Seattle-area field

Two airlines could offer scheduled service to Paine Field near Seattle next year, but opponents say they will use the environmental review process to block commercial planes from landing there. Both Horizon Air and Allegiant Air have expressed interest in using Paine Field as an alternative to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.
