Krispy Kreme CEO shares small-store strategy

James H. Morgan, CEO of Krispy Kreme, said the company's move toward smaller-format stores reduces costs and opens location options. The smaller format, plus new products such as Kool Kreme soft-serve ice cream, "will be the foundation of our domestic growth," he said.
