Rookie teachers get support to deal with first-year challenges

Florida teachers facing classroom-management issues, paperwork and test preparation for the first time received two hours of extra training each month to help them deal with their stress and frustration. The district is attempting to counter statewide and district difficulties in retaining new educators.
