Exelon CEO: Senate's climate bill recognizes nuclear energy's role

Exelon Chairman and CEO John Rowe said the Senate's climate-change bill was a good compromise, but he gave it a slim chance of passing this year. The bill, which was unveiled by Sens. John Kerry, D-Mass., and Joe Lieberman, I-Conn., understands the role that nuclear energy plays and promotes efficient carbon-reduction programs, Rowe added.
