N.Y. court acquits site owner of manslaughter

A New York court has acquitted construction-site owner William Lattarulo of manslaughter after a worker was killed on his construction site. Lattarulo was also acquitted of criminally negligent homicide and two misdemeanor counts of reckless endangerment. The worker, Lauro Ortega, was crushed under debris.
