Spirit pilots set June 12 walkout deadline

Pilots at Spirit Airlines say they will stop flying on June 12 if they do not have an acceptable contract. The June 12 strike date marks the end of a 30-day cooling-off period, as required by law, after the two sides were released from negotiations by the National Mediation Board.
