Wal-Mart is revamping its electronics department and adding smartphones, Blu-ray players and Internet-ready HDTVs to its shelves. Industry watchers say the move is about taking electronics-market leadership from competitor Best Buy, but one analyst doubts the move will be enough. "I don't think that's possible in the near term. I think Best Buy is pretty solidly No. 1," NPD's Stephen Baker said.
