2,000 workers to build $1.5B fertilizer plant in N.D.

A $1.5 billion plant that will convert natural gas into anhydrous ammonia and urea to produce nitrogen-based fertilizers will be built by Northern Plains Nitrogen in North Dakota. The project, which will employ 2,000 construction workers, is slated to start in spring of 2015 and take two years to finish.
