Clock Shadow Building: A green mixed-use structure in Milwaukee

The Clock Shadow Building, a 30,370-square-foot mixed-use structure, was designed and built with sustainability in mind. Built on a vacant brownfield site in Milwaukee, the four-story building minimizes energy use through daylighting, geothermal energy and efficient systems. It also has a green roof and vegetable garden that collects stormwater for use inside the building.
