N.D. tower to keep graveyard shift

The air traffic control tower at Hector International Airport in Fargo, N.D., was on a list of 72 towers slated for a reduction of service. The tower is the only one in the Dakotas that operates 24 hours per day. The state's congressional delegation worked with the Federal Aviation Administration to keep the overnight shift.
