Proposed measure would help keep Calif. city breweries at home

The San Diego, Calif., City Council is considering a measure that would allow local breweries to open larger restaurants and tasting rooms in an effort to keep them from moving outside city limits. Currently, breweries can only open restaurants or tasting rooms that are at most 3,000 square feet.
