San Francisco science museum carries the theme to the cafe

Utilitarian museum cafeterias of the past are increasingly giving way to cafes and restaurants that reflect the mission and culture of the place. At the new Exploratorium in San Francisco, chefs and museum staff worked together to infuse science and whimsy into the menus at the Seaglass Restaurant and Seismic Joint Cafe that are "an extension of the experience, the experimentation, wonder, curiosity," said business development director Silva Raker.
