Wyo. governor rolls out energy policy

Wyoming Gov. Matt Mead rolled out an energy policy for the state that focuses on the development of new technologies, efficient regulation, economic competitiveness and environmental conservation. The policy would require energy firms to conduct groundwater testing before drilling as well as promote exports of liquefied natural gas. "Before we started throwing stones about that, I started thinking we in Wyoming needed to have an energy strategy," Mead said.
