Court ruling means same-sex couples can marry in Ark.

An Arkansas judge last week struck down a marriage equality ban that had been approved by voters in 2004. Circuit Court Judge Christopher Piazza wrote in his ruling that he could find "no rational reason" for the ban. State Attorney General Dustin McDaniel has indicated that he will appeal the ruling. Same-sex couples in the state became eligible for marriage licenses on Saturday.
