Orange juice industry reacts to low-carb trend

With sales of chilled OJ dropping more than 4% in the last year, PepsiCo and Coca-Cola are adapting their Tropicana and Minute Maid orange juice brands, respectively, to draw in consumers on a low-carb diet. Pepsi's Light 'n Healthy line of OJ is touted as having a reduced-calorie content and lower sugar content, while Minute Maid will soon launch a juice with half the calories and sugar of standard OJ.
