Tutor group helps refugee children in Bay Area

San Francisco's Refugee Transitions provides after-school tutoring services to refugee children from the war-torn countries of Cambodia, Afghanistan and Bosnia. The nonprofit group hopes to prevent their student clients from dropping out of school and becoming involved with gangs.
