Food, beverage pairing book takes top prize at Cookbook Awards

"What to Drink With What You Eat: The Definitive Guide to Pairing Food With Wine, Beer, Spirits, Coffee, Tea -- Even Water -- Based on Expert Advice from America's Best Sommeliers," was awarded top honors, and also won the Beer or Spirits Category, at a 2007 Cookbook Awards ceremony. Judges ranked 500 cookbooks on layout, use of graphics, readability of recipes and originality.
