Kraft seems to be backing away from putting liability on shops in review

Kraft seems to be softening a review agreement for its Oscar Mayer, Kraft Singles, Ritz, Triscuit and Grey Poupon brands that would have allowed the marketer to keep pitches created for their presentations, but would have held agencies legally responsible for the ideas, if they were used at a later point. A Kraft spokeswoman said the marketers was "refining our agency-pitch requirements," but declined to provide specifics.
