Hospice nurse helps patients transition, families cope

Pennsylvania hospice nurse Vicky Humphrey enjoys her job working with patients, doctors and families and says she helps "transition a patient to a better place." In addition to working with patients, she educates families. "After a patient dies, the family has grief and hospice care and education make it easier on the family," she says.
