NBC viewers can receive points good for network merchandise and other prizes by screening series at NBC.com, using social media to discuss its shows and by indicating they "Like" certain series on Facebook. The "Fan It" program is part of NBC's drive to use online platforms to boost its viewership on the traditional small screen.
