OSHA rules on musculoskeletal disorders could increase business costs

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is close to finalizing regulations that would require work-related musculoskeletal disorders to be listed separately on the OSHA injury and illness log. Karen Harned, of the National Federation of Independent Business, says the regulation would lead to increased costs for small businesses, which "lack the resources to hire specialized regulatory compliance staff."
