WPP expands in Latin America, purchasing two Brazilian agencies

The latest ad network to buy its way into the Brazilian market is WPP Group, which has purchased I-Cherry and Midia Digital. The digital agencies, which represent clients including Johnson & Johnson, HSBC, Match.com and Hotels.com, will continue to run as independent units under the U.K.-based holding company.
