Beth Shaw, owner of YogaFit, said her business has erred in the past by offering deep discounts on its training programs that don't expire. Shaw plans to solve the problem by eliminating the open-ended discounts on June 30 and re-evaluating the cost of YogaFit's training programs. "We have trained our customers in a bad way," Shaw said. "A lot of people were taking advantage of those discount codes."
