Can cafeteria's remodel improve school meal participation?

A Massachusetts school district has hired a firm to overhaul a high-school cafeteria, making it more inviting and less institutionalized. Officials say the renovations are intended to increase school meal participation -- and revenue. Plans include replacing traditional cafeteria tables and benches with high-top tables and stools and installation of a grab-and-go station.
