Fliers can fuel up despite unappetizing in-flight food

Airlines are serving up fewer meals and snacks, and some carriers make fliers pay for a drink. Fliers can't improve the food on some airlines, but they can drink plenty of fluids before a trip, pack snacks and eat a meal before stepping on a long-haul flight.
