Hong Kong court OKs transgender marriage

A transgender woman in Hong Kong has won the right to marry her boyfriend after a ruling by the city's top court. The ruling aligns Hong Kong with elsewhere in the region, including China, which permit trans individuals to marry those whose gender matches their assigned gender at birth.
