McCain considers altering counterterrorism rules on UAVs

Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., said he is considering introducing amendments to change the counterterrorism rules set by the Authorization of the Use of Military Force. The current rules allow the use of armed unmanned aerial vehicles. "We will have to revisit it ... the whole issue," McCain said.
