New rules in effect for sunscreen labels

Sunscreens labeled "broad spectrum" must protect against ultraviolet A and B rays, and labels may no longer say that the product is "waterproof" or "sweatproof" under new FDA rules. Sunscreens that do not meet the new standards must bear warning labels that detail their limitations.
