N.M. natural gas provider wants state park to switch to propane

New Mexico Gas wants Navajo Lake State Park to switch to propane for heat as the company plans to discontinue its natural gas service in the area. The company would pay for the conversion of gas meters to propane, but park officials said the process would be lengthy and a huge inconvenience to park visitors. The Public Regulation Commission has scheduled a July hearing on the matter.
