Report: Diets that include insects can fight obesity, curb emissions

Eating insects such as termites, grasshoppers and ants can help control obesity, according to a U.N. report. Insects, mainly eaten in Asia and Africa, are a good source of protein and healthy fats needed in a good diet. The report also notes that insect farming could use less land and minimize greenhouse gas emissions.
