Sen. Hatch: Visa debate could make or break immigration reform

The Senate Judiciary Committee has finished debating a set of amendments to an immigration reform proposal that deal with H-1B visas, which allow companies to hire high-skilled workers. Sen. Orrin Hatch, R-Utah, called the issues "not simple" and added if the final provisions are mishandled and rejected by the tech industry, it "could make this bill very difficult to pass."
