U.S. financial system still vulnerable, Bernanke warns

A wide range of vulnerabilities still confront the U.S. financial system, and it is likely that in the future regulators won't always be able to identify emerging risks such as asset bubbles, Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke said, speaking in Chicago. Because of this, the financial system itself must be made more able to resist shocks, he said.
