ViaSat, L-3 unite on in-flight connectivity for VIPs

ViaSat and L-3 are working together to create an in-flight Internet service for planes used by dignitaries and VIPs in what is known as the Very Very Important Person market. ViaSat will provide network services and L-3 will deliver system integration, engineering, certification, installation and passenger networking.
