Association: Violence Not A Top Concern

A survey released yesterday by the National School Boards Association shows members believe student achievement, special education, teacher shortages and budgets are more immediate concerns than school violence. About 77% of those polled reportedly said school violence is a "moderate" or "mild" concern.
