U.S. students seek foreign tutors online

U.S. students continue to seek remote tutoring services from companies in India and other Asian countries, despite concern about some foreign coaches being unqualified. Burck Smith, CEO and co-founder of a Washington online tutoring company, believes American schools will eventually outsource office hours, review sessions and other functions to foreign teachers.
