Skeptics back down on Alaska wind farm opposition

Two wind energy skeptics on the board of the Chugach Electric Association, Alaska's largest utility, are backing off on their push for the utility to drop its support for a wind farm on Fire Island. The two now say they will back an "appropriate and prudent" investigation of the project, as well as other renewable energy projects.
