Trustees name firm to design runway for Tulsa airport

A $50 million project to reconstruct the main runway at Tulsa International Airport in Oklahoma will start next year, officials said. The Tulsa Airports Improvement Trustees recently approved PBS&J to design the main runway and associated taxiway. It will take up to six years to complete the runway, which was rebuilt more than 30 years ago.
