Weak economy forces some career-tech students to reconsider college

High-school students preparing to directly enter the work force with the help of career-technical programs are finding that the job market isn't what they expected when they began the programs several years ago. The weak economy -- especially in the housing, construction and automotive markets -- has some reconsidering whether they should attend college.
