Top That! Pizza: From drawing board to franchisor in 2 years

Jeff and Lori Walderich conceived the concept for Top That! Pizza two years ago, opened the first location last fall and have already signed franchisees. The pair, who also own a restaurant marketing firm, share some of the steps that led to the rapid ramp-up, which include turning to experts to fill in the gaps in their experience. "You have to recognize the areas where you need help and get team members on board who have a lot of synergy," Jeff Walderich said.
