Airports are embracing technologies such as holograms to guide travelers and self-service check-in kiosks. According to SITA, 90% of call carriers will let visitors check in using their mobile phones by 2015. It may sound like a lot of new technology, but a Concur study found that poor customer service and confusing signs were airport travelers' biggest gripes.
