AT&T CEO Randall Stephenson offered an upbeat view of the carrier's second-quarter progress following a disappointing report for the first three months of the year. "I don't think we executed very well in the first quarter. You're going to see the second quarter in mobility looking markedly better than the first quarter," Stephenson told an investor conference on Wednesday, But he also warned that business services spending had slowed. Stephenson also predicted that consumers would benefit from more variations in wireless data plans.
