How much do you need to worry about health care changes?

Quickservice chains and franchisees may find the reality of the changes wrought by the Affordable Care Act less burdensome than they fear, as many younger workers are likely to stay on their parents' coverage, according to a Barclay's analyst. Many chains have been holding back on expansion or making other moves to avoid additional costs from the health-care changes, but others including Wendy's and Dunkin' Donuts have recently said that the costs are likely to be much more manageable than they first feared.
