Hunt: Small businesses worry about costs of health reform mandate

Small businesses say they are afraid to take on any more debt until they can assess the full cost of implementing the Affordable Care Act, says Richard Hunt, Consumer Bankers Association president and CEO. Restaurant franchises are being cautious about the law that calls for businesses with more than 50 workers who put in 30 or more hours a week to offer health insurance or face a penalty, experts say.
